Counter Blow Line Capabilities

  • Drop Forging: Capable of handling up to 80 CWT with heating provided by a 350KW induction heater.
  • Press Forging: Equipped with a 1350-ton capacity and heated using an 850KW induction heater.
  • Upsetting: Capacity of 1200 tons with heating facilitated by a continuous gas-fired furnace.

These capabilities highlight the range of operations and heating methods available within our counter blow line, showcasing our ability to efficiently handle various forging processes to meet diverse production needs.
